Senator Miller requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
HOUSE BILL NO. 120(FIN) "An Act relating to public employers                   
defending and indemnifying public employees and former public                  
employees with respect to claims arising out of conduct that is                
within the scope of employment" be taken up at this time.                      
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 120(FIN) was before the Senate on                        
reconsideration.
